About Chateau Perron vineyard
To resume, Chateau Perron is a great family history, a magnificent terroir and a very engaged vineyard. It has existed since 1642 and it is then one of the oldest properties of the municipality. It covers 23 hectares of vines including 22.5 hectares in AOC Lalande de Pomerol. The Massonie Family owned the vineyard for three generations and, most importantly, it has commited to environmental approach of cultivating it’s soils. Consequently, the family wants to restore in the wines of Château Perron all the excellence of their terroir.

Concerning the palate of the wine, it is rich, fleshy, concentrated and powerful. And concerning the nose, first of all you will smell candied red and black fruits, but also cocoa, vanilla and toast at the end.
