About Château Olivier

The Bethmann family owned Château Olivier since the 19th century. It is located in the heart of a vast wooded area in the bordeaux region. The domain benefits from a rich and diversified terroir. Indeed, it has the rare peculiarity of having excellent soils for the red wine as for the white wine. Rigor in the vineyard, meticulousness in the cellar are the key words of this Grand Cru Classé since 1953.

Grapes: 75% Sauvignon, 22% Semillon, 3% Muscadelle
Nose: Very aromatic with hints of almond and quince aromas
Palate: Nice roundness, nice liveliness with a nice hold (acidity)
Robe: Pale yellow
