About Château Grand Puy Ducasse

Château Grand Puy Ducasse, with siliceous-gravelly soil and gravel, is located in the Pauillac appellation. Grand-Puy Ducasse is born in 1750. Pierre Ducasse, lawyer passionate about the world of wine, acquired part of the vineyards owned by the Dejean family. The other party remaining in this family gave birth later to Grand-Puy Lacoste. After a succession of owners, the group Crédit Agricole bought the domain of  5th Grand Cru Classé. It ensures the qualitative progress of the production by favoring the choice of a reasoned agriculture.

Grapes: 57% de Cabernet Sauvignon et 43% de Merlot
Nose: Complex, with scents of black fruit and well-mellow woody notes
Palate: Frank attack and the wine has a dense and supple structure. The finish is characterized by freshness
Robe: Beautiful dark
