The nose has a lot of finesse and elegance with a very ripe aroma of notes of acacia honey, candied lemon, quince paste, dried fruits and vanilla. A sublime nose that takes fresher notes of minerality with aeration. The palate has a supple and rich attack, dominated by flavors of jammy fruits and honey but balanced with slightly lemony notes. The wine has a good length and finishes on a beautiful mineral note.

The vines of Domaine de Romanin enjoy a south, south estern exposure. It is favouring the full ripeness of the grapes. In order to preserve the tipicity of the terroir, the owners protect the environment. They are practicing rational phytosanitary protection and are using organic fertilizers.
