About Domaine de la Préceptorie
Domaine de la Préceptorie is born from the association of three former co-operators. In fact, in 2001, they settled in the vast premises of an old cooperative cellar. Then, they moved to a new winery in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet. The vineyard is located north-west of the department of Pyrénées-Orientales, on the very qualitative high altitude sector of Fenouillèdes. This domain has gradually been affirmed as a safe bet.
