About Domaine Pardon Tavian Brouilly
Domaine Pardon Tavian Brouilly is part of the Pardon family. The domaine owns vineyards in the Beaujolais wine-growing region since 1820. But the demarcation of the fine Crus into appellations (AOCs) only started in 1936. This Brouilly Domaine Tavian is produced in the town of Cercié-en-Beaujolais. There are different types of soils: the vines closest to Mont Brouilly benefit from the presence of blue granite, rich in magnesium and of volcanic origin that makes up the hill. Further on, the alluvial terrain is more sandy.
