Château Lynch Moussas
Pretty nose of red roses and chocolate box over a core of crushed blackcurrants, blackberries and wild blueberries with touches of garrigue and wood smoke. The palate is medium-bodied with a firm, grainy backbone and oodles of freshness, finishing with great length and a mineral character coming through.

About Château Lynch Moussas
Château Lynch-Moussas is located west of Pauillac. In the 18th century, the Lynch family owned this estate. Its wine is classified 5th Grand Cru in 1855. Jean Castéja acquired it in 1919, also owner of Duhart-Milon, but the estate hardly passes the tests of the century. The year 1969 marks a decisive turning point with the acquisition of the family shares by Emile Castéja. This was the beginning of the renaissance with the renewal of the vineyard and the reconstruction of the cellars and vats. The vineyard’s richness is composed of Garonne soils. Since 2001, the estate has also produced a second wine “Les Hauts de Lynch-Moussas”. Lynch-Moussas is a member of the Union des Grands Crus.
