About Domaine Pascal Boban

Domaine Pascal Boban is a family property located a few kilometers from Chablis, in the hamlet of Rameau. The wife of a former owner would have previously held the attention of the poet Lamartine. From these very romantic places leave Coteaux de Rameau who have a terroir fully adapted to the production of a typical Chablis. These soils dating from the Jurassic era are thick sedimentary soils. The vines are beautifully exposed south, south-east. The productions are never abundant because the grounds are very stony and the valleys very frosty in the spring. Grandparents and great grandparents of the family have always cultivated vines.
