About Domaine de Cazaban
The Alsatian Clément Mengus, settled for more than ten years at Domaine de Cazaban, works now with Emmanuel Taillez. The vines, mainly Syrahs and Merlots, are organic. Served by high quality farms, the wines offer a very neat style and a great diversity of flavors: they are certainly the most playful and refined cuvées of the appellation.
